In rare cases when we are sold out of our USA Warehouse, we will ship your order straight from the factory. In this case, shipments to the USA will take 1 - 3 weeks on average.

We use ePacket shipping to provide you with fast and reliable shipping. All orders shipped will come with a shipping number to track your order.
ORDERS TO OTHER COUNTRIES
We aim to use ePacket shipping if it is available in your country. Otherwise, we use Parcel shipping. This method lets you avoid having to pay import taxes on orders less than $1000. A tracking number is provided on all orders. You will have to provide a PO BOX if you are shopping from a country that does not not have direct street addresses.
